Agency producer

Markets the agency and Farmers products to potential and existing customers. Must be able to pass Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.

Customer service representative

Answers a majority of customer phone calls, prepares files for the agency producer, acts as a liaison between customers and the agency producer and the agent. Verifies policies are input and active.
