Alec Lewis, DM/Registered Principal
Having been a very successful Farmers Agency owner before becoming a District Mgr, I have a wealth of experience and knowledge that can be applied to each business situation that new agency owners will encounter. I can promise each and every candidate that they will receive the best training, work in the best environment, and have an experienced and strong support staff to help them on their journey to success. Starlene Grochowicz, District Personal Lines Manager/Trainer
Starlene Grochowicz has been working in the insurance industry in sales, customer service and management since 1995. Up to this point in her career, she has earned the following insurance designations: Accredited Customer Service Representative for both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines, Accredited Adviser In Insurance, Associate in Insurance Services and Associate in Information Technology through the AICPCU. She will be sharing her skills and knowledge by working side by side with new and existing agents within District 10.
Debra Gonzalez, Licensed Production Growth Specialist
Debra Gonzalez is our licensed insurance growth specialist. She is also a graduate of St. Martins University, where she earned her degree in Business with a minor in Marketing. She is WICKED smart! Debra is also fluent in Spanish. Her knowledge of Farmers processes and systems allows our new and existing agents another excellent resource to help them in their Farmers Careers.
Renee Damiani, Office Manager & Marketing Specialist
Renee Damiani is the Office Manager and Marketing Specialist for the district. She works side by side with the new agents, helping them with the start up of their new agencies, setting their training schedules and making sure that important and minute details are taken care of. Renee helps dot the i's and cross the t's.
John Nichols, Financial Services Training Specialist
John Nichols is our Farmers District 10 financial services** and Life insurance training specialist. He has more than 20 years experience in the financial services and Life insurance industries. His expertise and knowledge will be invaluable to the training of our professional agency force!
