Ryan Foley, Agency Development Manager
Ryan has been with District 25 for four years as an Agency Development Manager. He started out with Farmers as a Property Claims Representative and then became an Agent within the District for a little over a year as an Agency Development Manager. Ryan has become the District's specialist for Life and FFS products**. His primary focus is recruiting and training new Agents and leading them towards becoming successful Agency Owners. This is achieved by day-to-day training throughout our Reserve & Career Programs. His duties include e-Agent training and tracking our Life Insurance Milestones such as Blue Vase, Crystal Blue Vase & Silver Star. He also is responsible for meeting with our agents to update their Agency Progress Review Booklet at the end of each month to track and maintain Company and District goals. Ryan is dedicated to doing whatever it takes to make every agent he trains into the best agent they can be.
Franco Salvador, District Recruiting Manager
Franco Salvador is the Recruiting Manager for District 25. Franco has been with Farmers for four years. He started as an agent in Chicago in 2004 and became part of the District Office in 2007. Franco has become a specialist in Property & Casualty and Commercial. He develops new and old agents on eCMs, VIP and Gateway. He also helps new reserve and career agents in achieving company goals. He has a system in place to recruit emerging market and interviewing agents, AP's and CRS for the District Office. Franco is an English and Spanish speaker and is ready assist you.
Janet Recendiz, Agency Development Assistant
Janet is one of the new team members at District 25. Her role as an Agency Development Assistant consists of Pre-screening and setting up interviews. She is responsible for Reserve Agent & Pending input. She also sets up license timelines. Janet assist the Agency Development Manager in the Career Conversion paperwork as well as preparation for Reserve Class. Janet is also a fluent Spanish speaker ready for any assistance you may need.
Yanet Barraza, District Operations Assistant
Yanet Barraza is our District Operations Assistant and has been an exceptional team member of the district for the past two years. Yanet works directly for the District Manager, assisting the day-to-day office operations and helping manage district staff. She provides support and training for any new programs to Full-Time Agents & Staff. Yanet is also fluent in Spanish and can provide assistance to our Spanish-speaking clients.
Sarah Stanton, District Administrative Assistant
Sarah is the newest member to join our team, and we welcome her aboard. We could not be more pleased with Sarah's dedication and performances on a daily basis.
