Joyce Burke, Insurance Agent / Associate

Joyce joined Nguyen Insurance Agency as a producer in March 2009.  Currently she works with coverage for homeowners, auto, umbrella, life, motorcycle, boats, yachts and other recreational vehicles.  She has special expertise in the areas of high-end homes and antique/specialty vehicle coverage. Joyce has been an insurance professional in various insurance capacities since 1979.  She became a Farmers Insurance agent in 2007 as a way to give back to the community by using her insurance skills to help people protect themselves, their families and their assets.  She is proud to service clients not only in the Lamorinda area but also in many other parts of the San Francisco Bay Area. Joyce’s goal is to become part of your circle of professionals as your trusted insurance professional.  Her desire is to provide information and services that help you protect your assets.  She strives to tailor insurance programs to each of her clients' specific needs. Above all, she believes each of her clients deserves personal and confidential attention.  She takes pride in maintaining knowledge of the always-changing insurance industry. Joyce lives in Orinda, California with her husband, David, and three teenage daughters, Meaghan, Shannon and Colleen.  She is a heavily involved parent in the Orinda school district and spends much of her time with National Charity League – a charitable organization designed for mothers and daughters helping groups such as ARF, Down Syndrome Connection, Special Olympics and many others.  She loves to cook, read, golf, ski, go river rafting and mostly enjoys her time with her family.

Christina Natividad, Insurance Agent /Associate

Chris has been with Farmers Insurance since 2007.  With more than 10 years in the real estate industry, crossing over to insurance was a natural transition. She enjoys working with families from all different backgrounds and social statuses to create and build stepping stones to once-thought-impossible dreams. Her areas of expertise are life insurance and home warranties.  Chris’s clients love how caring she is, as she is always willing to make things right. She enjoys working with her clients 1-on-1, whether they are purchasing a new policy or making a claim. She feels that many agents drop the ball when it comes to resolving a client’s problem. She believes it is at this moment that her true agent skills should be used and displayed. Being an active, working mother and a true life-time student at Diablo Valley College, she is inspired by her peers to always be great. She believes all great leaders are not born, but raised and motivated by their circumstances. By truly helping each other through continual education toward each small, positive goal, we can all make this community great. Chris lives in Martinez, California with her husband, Ralph, and her two teenage daughters, Melissa and Charysma. She spends much of her free time (if any) with her family in Tahoe. She loves coffee, education, mentoring, networking and of course her family.
