Fire Facts
In 2009 with the corporation of the Las
Cruces Fire Department and the Administration office of Las Cruces
Public Schools the Farmers Agents presented to the 3rd grade class of 6
elementary schools this "Fire Facts" Fire Safety program. This year we
presented it to 9 Elementary Schools and hopefully next year we can do
15 of the 23 elementary schools. It is a 30 min presentation, given by
the firemen. All we do is take the time to show the slide presentation
and purchase the safety video that is given to each student.
