Diane and Cliff’s son, Sonic Blue, has autism.  Now 21, Sonic is working in the community with the Diane R. Adams Insurance Agency to help with marketing efforts. Autism is a cause that is very important to our company and we have listed some resources below if you have a child with autism or are just interested in learning more about this disorder that affects one in every 110 children born today.

In 2009, Diane was recognized as a Woman of Courage by Farmers & Merchants Bank.  This program grew from F&M’s involvement with the National Association of Business Women’s Remarkable Women event.  Honorees were local women business owners selected by F&M branch managers from among their clientele.  The honorees were women who best exemplified the word ‘courage’ – either in their community, business or personal life.
