 Tracy John Pallach HR Manager Tracy Pallach is the Human Resources Manager for District 25. She was hired into the Farmers® Family in October of 2010 and assists in the hiring, training, and progress of the Reserve and Career Agents of District 25. She graduated with her Bachelors in English from Wayne State University in December of 2012. She loves people and enjoys watching the success and growth of the agents! Nick Lozen Agency Business Consultant Nick Lozen is the Agency Business Consultant for District 25 of Farmers® Insurance. Nick graduated from Kalamazoo College and immediately began working in financial services**. Nick joined Farmers in March 2011 and has 10+ years in the financial services** industry with a focus on advanced sales skills and full service financial planning**. Nick has been married for 2 years and is a lifelong Michigan resident and is expecting his first child this year! Shannon Butterfield PLGC Shannon Butterfield is the PLGC/Commercial Lines Specialist for District 25. She works closely with Reserve, Career and Full Time Agents. Her main focus is assisting the agents with developing personal lines & commercial marketing systems in order to gain new clientele. She has been in the insurance industry for 12 years. She has her Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Ferris University & recently obtained her Masters Degree in Business Administration. She has two wonderful children who she loves spending time with and enjoys traveling when she finds the time! Tracie Stopczy CSR Tracie Stopczy is the District Customer Service Representative. She works directly with the agents and their customers to assist in the resolution of policy issues and changes. She also assists with some of their marketing materials & distribution. She is a very motivated young woman who has a 3 year old son who keeps her busy when she’s outside of work. She also plans on obtaining her Associates Degree from Macomb Community College. Adrienne Jedrek - District Marketer | | (248) 828-3400 | | | (248) 828-3403 | Adrienne Jedrek is the District Marketer & Quoter. Her main focus is on commercial marketing and personal lines quoting within the district. She assists all agents with lead generation to help grow their books of business. She double majored at Oakland University and has her Bachelors of Arts in German Language & Literature as well as Japanese Language & Literature. She lives in Romeo and really enjoys learning about languages and other cultures.
Mark Paley DMTA Mark Paley is the District Sales and Performance Manager. Mark works extensively with all Reserve, Career and Fulltime Agents in the area of sales. He is responsible for implementing all sales training in the district. In Mark’s last role, he work in financial services** where he won numerous sales awards including breaking the company’s life insurance* sales record with 120 policies in 6 months. Mark graduated from Bellevue University with a Masters in business administration. He currently holds his Life*, Accident and Health licenses as well as his series 6,63,7 & 65. He has been married to his amazing wife Sarah for 9 years and has 2 children ages 7 and 8. He loves to travel and spend time with his family.
