Deborah Colman graduated from the University of Irvine in 1988 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Minor in Management. Studying business management proved to be a great asset in establishing the Deborah Colman Insurance Agency. With 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, she is well versed and experienced in Auto, Home and Life insurance. Deborah also holds a LUTCF designation, signifying her as specializing in life insurance. Deborah also offers Farmers Financial Services, which include Variable Universal Life*, Variable Annuities*, IRAs* and College Funding Plans*.
Deborah’s 20 years in the insurance industry have been spent in Rancho Palos Verdes, where she grew up. With extensive knowledge of her hometown, she gives clients the advantage of a local agent. As a business owner, Deborah understands the value of being flexible. Therefore, she offers the added convenience of visiting clients' homes.
Aside from living in and serving her community of Rancho Palos Verdes, Deborah is actively involved with the American Cancer Society and Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer. As a breast cancer survivor of nine years, she is very passionate about the cause. Since 1999, she and her team have participated in annual Breast Cancer Walks. Team Pacman has raised $45,000 and will continue to raise money until there is a cure. She has also worked with other patients battling breast cancer and participated in health videos to raise breast cancer awareness.
