Front Desk Customer Service Representative

Full-time position servicing client accounts, answering and routing phone calls, taking client payments, filing, setting up new account files, and performing other general customer service activities as required.  Typing at 45 words per minute, general computer familiarity, ability to work independently and make decisions, good attendance and punctuality are required.  Appropriate business attire and a professional attitude.  Candidates who are already licensed are given preferential consideration. Train for an exciting career in the insurance industry.
