Customer service representative
Answers a majority of customer phone calls, prepares files for the agency producer, acts as a liaison between customers and the agency producer and the agent. Verifies policies are input and active.
Must have excellent character, with a reliable and highly-motivated personality.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
