Rebekah has been with the District office since 2002 and works with agency owners and their staff to support their marketing efforts.  Farmers Insurance has the database built and turnkey programs designed.  Rebekah assists each agency to understand the tools available along with specific help to implement the programs into their daily activity.

Each month the business owners of District 15 - Iowa get a visit to discuss what’s new with the company, and share ideas others are using to find and attract new prospects.  As the economy, the marketplace and our industry continues to evolve, it’s important to have the help of a trained professional working to keep your agency up to date and moving forward.

Jamie has been working in the Farmers Family since 2004.  Starting as an agency producer selling the personal lines products, she moved to work with a district office as a trainer.  Jamie is your one-stop place for personal lines insurance and systems questions.  She’s fully licensed in all product lines, including her securities licenses.

Early on, Jamie is your contact for passing your insurance licenses and completing the product and sales training.  She will help you establish the habits that will lead to continued success.

Aaron stays on top of the changing health insurance and life insurance markets.  Aaron has been selling these products since 2003.  He has also worked in the personal lines property casualty market, thus bringing a unique mix of experience as he works to develop these important product lines in each of the agencies of District 15 - Iowa.

Whether it’s ongoing training or joint sales calls, you’ll find Aaron ready to provide the support you need.  Each week he follows applications from underwriting through policy delivery to be sure things don’t fall through the cracks in your busy agency.

Alice started working with Farmers in 2002 calling to set appointments for commercial insurance.  Prior to that experience, she owned a business and worked as a manager in a call center.  Her wide variety of experience puts her in a position to handle the assortment of responsibilities that are hers in the district operation.  No two days are the same.

When you need help ordering supplies, processing payments, or a list of prospects for a marketing campaign, you can count on Alice to be there with what you need when you need it.

Brendan will work with the District 15 training team to eventually become a District Manager somewhere in the USA.  During his time with us, we will learn from him and benefit from his experience.  Brendan has more than 25 years experience in sales and sales management in the insurance industry.  The majority of his professional work focused within the Group Benefits market working with industry leading carriers including two ’Blues’ plans and UHC and as a consultant for the two largest international benefits consulting companies Mercer Health & Benefits and AON.

In addition, Brendan also exceeded representing a major property casualty carrier and sold managed care solutions to workers compensation carriers, auto insurance carriers and TPA’s throughout the Midwest.

As a sales leader he led highly productive sales teams in all areas of prospecting, lead generation, contract negotiation and closing skills.  His experience includes recruiting insurance professionals as well as coaching and mentoring top performing sales teams.
