Amber Bauer, Director of First Impressions

Amber Bauer joins our team as Director of First Impressions.  She will be responsible for meeting and assisting new candidates that want to choose Farmers Insurance Group as a career.  Amber will also assist new candidates with the testing and licensing necessary to secure their state licenses.  She is also actively pursuing her college degree from Wichita State University in Human Resources.  Contact Amber to learn more about "the best small business opportunity in America!"

Deborah Botz, Marketing Director/P&C Specialist

Deborah has joined our Team as Marketing Director.  Deborah has a diverse background in Administration, Sales, and Management.  She has been in the Insurance business for the last seven years serving as Office Manager for five years and most recently as an agent.  Contact Deborah for your Marketing needs.

Terri Smith, Business Manager

Terri has over thirty years of experience in the teaching field and currently handles all of the business affairs for the firm.  She aids the new agents in advertising and licensing support.

Mitra Hoepner, Insurance Specialist

Michael Ross, District Life Specialist

Michael joined our agency in June of 2008 as our District Life Specialist.  Michael has extensive experience as a fully licensed Registered Representative.  He looks forward to bringing his “full-service” capabilities to Farmers.  Michael also enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Jamee, and their two young children.

Patrick Alverson, Insurance Specialist

Pat Alverson joins our staff as an insurance specialist.  He has a diverse background in customer service, restaurant management and sales. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, bowling, riding his motorcycle and hunting in his spare time.
