District Recruiter

The primary purpose of this position is to assure a continuous supply of qualified candidates to be screened and trained to become successful Farmers Insurance Agents. Setting up and holding interviews, presenting materials on our business, tracking & reporting results to the District Manager (DM) are mandatory. Assist the DM in training new agents, as needed. A minimum expectation is for the office to have no less than 7 (kept, in person) 1st interviews per week. Individuals who possess a demonstrated ability to communicate well with people, sell the opportunity to become a Farmers agent and be able to operate in a fast-paced, high up-tempo competitive environment, quickly understand the Farmers Dashboard and other systems and assist in training new agents will excel at this position.
