If
you’re passionate about helping others and would like to represent one
of the largest insurance groups in America, I have an opportunity for
you to join my staff. Below are positions currently open in my agency.

Agency Producer
You
are an extension of the Agent and perform the same duties. You will be
involved in performing Farmers Friendly Reviews, Property Inspections,
cross selling situations received from CSR’s, Commercial solicitations,
Life sales, and if licensed, Security Sales**.
You are the Marketing department for this agency. You work on a
percentage of sales and need to spend most of your time in face to face
meetings with our clients and potential clients. Much of the agency
growth will come from what you do.
You also handle business outside of the Farmers contract. This could
include Commercial not eligible with Farmers, Disability and Long Term
Care.
You utilize the services of our Contact mangers and our Customer Service
Representatives to keep you in front of potential sales.
Customer Service Representative
You would
be in a sales and service position. Your responsibilities would be to
sell Personal Lines policies to the agency’s prospects and insureds, and
assist our insureds and producers with changes, billings, claims and
insurance renewals. Our customers must always receive prompt, accurate
and courteous service. Your attitude and personality can make or break
this agency goal. You will be talking with happy and unhappy people all
day long, and must graciously assist them with their insurance problems
regardless!
Must have insurance experience and licensed in P&C and Life/Health.
