FASGLAS®, the Farmers Glass Program, is a national program with over 12,000 participating glass shops that provide auto and home glass replacement and repair services.
Upon contacting Farmers HelpPoint® (800-435-7764), a claims representative will offer to explain the FASGLAS® program and honor your preference for a repair facility. With FASGLAS®, we can link you directly to a local vendor who will be able to schedule an appointment at one of many in-shop facilities, or arrange to have the repair or replacement completed at your home or work, whichever is convenient for you. For home glass claims, the FASGLAS® vendor will arrange for the technician to be dispatched directly to your home.
Customers participating in the FASGLAS® program receive a warranty from the glass service provider. We want you to be completely happy, which is why Farmers stands behind the warranty offered by the glass service provider should you not be satisfied with the quality of work performed.
