Answers a majority of customer phone calls, prepares files for the agency producer, acts as a liaison between customers and the agency producer and the agent. Verifies policies are input and active. Must be a fluent/native speaker of Spanish.

Operations manager
Oversees all operations of the agency including implementing new procedures and handling the agency's staffing requirements. This person will also be in charge of Commercial Lines Customer Service until we ramp up our Commercial Lines staff in early to mid '08. Must be extremely detail oriented and able handle a wide variety of situations.
Five years management experience required. Must be able to create reports based on a given criteria. Experience with the insurance and financial services industry is a big plus. Candidates must be willing to start at an hourly rate with a transition to salary at a later date.
All candidates must be willing to subject themselves to a pre-hire personality profile test and multiple interviews, and also be willing to get P&C licensed. Commercial Lines Agency producer
Markets the agency and Farmers products to potential and existing commercial customers. Must have Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses, or must be willing to get these licenses at your own expense. This is a non-salaried, 100% commission position. Lack of service and little attention to multi-line oportunities in the commercial market give this candidate the opportunity to earn a significant income in a short period of time. All candidates must be willing to take a personality profile test.
