Michelle Boerst, Office Manager/Commercial Lines Manager

Michelle is the heart and soul of the office.  She has the huge responsibility of making sure everything gets into and out of our systems correctly. She handles new business, billing, claims, and changes for all of our clients.  On top of that, she makes sure the agents are on task at all times. Once you are a client, Michelle will be your go-to person. 

Eloy Chavez, Agent/Hispanic Market Specialist

Eloy Chavez is a bilingual agent focused on serving the Hispanic community in the North Texas.  He works with clients to understand the details of their insurance portfolio and the importance of the proper coverage for themselves and their families.  Eloy has lived in Denton, Texas for his entire life and is eager to help the Spanish-speaking community of Denton get the best coverage for the best price.

James Hilton, Agent

James Hilton, a Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance Agent with J. E. Fritz Insurance & Financial, is a lifelong resident of Denton, Texas.  James works with clients to create an insurance portfolio that satisfies all of the needs of the client.  James specializes in working with clients, their attorneys, and their CPAs for Estate Planning Purposes.  Farmers New World Life has a variety of products suitable for a variety of Estate Planning needs.  James helps to round out estate plans with home and auto policies that make sure assets stay intact, even in the face of adverse circumstances.

Emily Dansby, Customer Service/Contact Manager

Emily is responsible for helping Michelle keep the office running smoothly at all times.  She helps clients with policy service issues and helps our clients through the claims process.  Emily is also the person who you will hear from at least once a year to schedule your Farmers Friendly Review (FFR).  Emily is a graduate student at the University of North Texas studying Library Science.  Once she finishes her degree, she will likely move on to pursue a career in the library, but until then everyone with our agency gets to benefit from her wonderful work ethic and great attitude.
