A message to our customers impacted by the Oklahoma tornadoes

We are deeply concerned about the impact the recent tornadoes have had on you and your loved ones. In this time of need, we want to provide you with information on the actions we have taken to support you in managing your insurance coverage.

We understand that making a payment by mail or in person at your agent’s office can be difficult when your home and mail services have been affected by the disaster. For that reason, we have extended the regular payment due date for our customers located in the counties or zip codes listed below. You may make your premium payment at any time throughout the extension period, and any deferred premium is due when the extension period ends. We will not cancel policies for non-payment of premium during this extension. Automatic recurring EFT or credit/debit card payments will continue as scheduled. However, we will provide EFT or credit/debit card draft customers a payment extension upon request.

If you Live in the following county or zip code: Caddo, Cleveland, Comanche, Creek, Garfield, Grant, Greer, Kiowa, Lincoln, Logan, McClain, Okfuskee, Oklahoma, Pawnee, Payne, Pottawatomie
And your Payment Due Date is between: 6/20 and 7/3. We are extending your payment due date by: 30 days

If you live in the following county or zip code: Adair, Canadian, Cherokee, Coal, Craig, Delaware, Garvin, Grady, Hughes, Kingfisher, Le Flore, Mayes, McCurtain, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pushmataha, Sequoyah, Stephens, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington
And your Payment Due Date is between: 5/31 and 6/30. We are extending your payment due date by: 30 days by request (not automatic)
