Besides the quality in-house sales and product training we provide, we also provide you the opportunity to further develop your business-management skills with a five-day training session at our University of Farmers.

The University of Farmers for Career Agents curriculum was created to assist our agents with the business skills needed to develop long-term goals and plans for the future growth of your agency.
