My Team

I have been extremely fortunate in working with such a great staff. Everyone in our office is highly knowledgeable and informative with all of the products and services Farmers® Insurance offers, to give you the most accurate information possible.  We currently have four full-time employees at Lawhorn Insurance Agency in Round Rock, Texas. This includes myself, Craig Lawhorn, Opal Vallejo and Tamara Biggs. 

I personally handle all of our Life Insurance and Financial Services** products with Farmers.  I have an extensive background in health insurance and actually was selling individual and group health insurance before I became a Farmers agent.  Myself and Tamara Biggs, my head Health Account Executive quote and sell all the health insurance policies.  Craig Lawhorn runs our Commercial Insurance Department handling General Liability, Workers Compensation and Business Auto Insurance to name a few.  

Opal Vallejo is our top-notch Customer Service Representative who answers the phone for us and is the happy voice that many of you talk to first when you call into Lawhorn Insurance.  Opal specializes in servicing all of our Auto and Home Insurance customers with Farmers. I am always getting compliments on what a great customer experience Craig, Opal, and Tamara are providing our commercial, personal lines, and health insurance customers.  This comforts me to know that we are giving our customers the best possible experience.
