Insurance Director Mary Jo Hudson wants Ohioans to know what they risk
if they give in.
Some highlights of Director Hudson’s comments were:

Driving without coverage in Ohio is illegal

While minimizing coverage lowers premiums, it also poses a
greater risk in the event of a claim

Minimum coverage limits are often not enough
to cover damages

debt can result if drivers are not able to pay damages
