We first were referred to Jon shortly after we moved to Kansas City in 2005.  He assisted us in auto and rental insurance, helping us to find the best policy for us.  He even drove to our Northland apartment and place of work to personally go over our policies and get our signatures.  After we moved into our first home in 2007 he was there to help with home owners insurance and after we were married he helped with combining our policies.
 
Jon is always there to give his professional advice and to help us find the best coverage at an affordable price.  Jon has grown with us during our transition to a new place and our changing life as a growing family.

Jon has been my agent for several years now. I have been thru everything from a tornado that devastated my home to repairing my car windows. I’ve been with Farmer’s Insurance for over 25 years.  I never talked to my agent unless I called him and it usually took him a few days to get back with me.  I met Jon in January of 2009.  He’d printed out all my policies and he pointed out I didn’t have the coverage I needed on one of our vehicles.  That day I switched agents!  Since then I’ve had questions from time to time and if he doesn’t answer his phone he gets back to me within a few minutes.  Jon is a great guy and I’m glad I found him!!
