Working in the insurance industry for 5 years in the customer service environment, made me realize that there is a big need for insurance professionals in our communities. These professionals need to do more than just sell a product to a customer. They are to evaluate the needs of the client, educate the client on the products and coverage and develop a relationship such that the client knows the agent has their best interests in mind.
That is what I am here to do. I am here to change the way insurance agents are perceived and I chose to represent Farmers Insurance because we share this same philosophy in doing business.
My extensive training and experience in customer service is evident from the moment you walk in the door. This is obvious when you call me and it's obvious when you receive communications from me. I am a customer service agent, first, that has your best interests in mind that uses his insurance expertise to help you protect what's most important to you.
