During my agency's 20-year anniversary, I surprised the very first Farmers Insurance customers I ever had. Norman and Sue Robinson, who were my first customers in 1987, were treated to an evening out in a limo, along with members of my staff. It was a great surprise to them and the evening was a big hit.
