Meet Rich Wilson. He is a key part in our operation here in the district office. Rich is responsible for all initial interviews. He plays a large part in the training process of all recruits, reserve agents and career agents.

Chandee Asay, District Assistant/Recruiting Manager

Chandee has many different hats. Her main focuses are to meet the daily needs of our agents and continuously fill the pipeline of qualified candidates to become new additions to our district. In doing so, she helps staff new agencies. She also directly assists the District Manager in his daily activities. She is also responsible for planning, organizing and directing all events District 33 hosts. Chandee is very active in the community through various organizations and continues to coordinate volunteer opportunities for agents to participate in.
