As a District Manager, I enjoy helping my agents succeed and take great pride when they reach their goals. If you become one of my agents, one of my jobs will be to help train and guide you in mastering business techniques designed to help you and your agency succeed. Michael Lajoie has been serving Middle Tennessee as a Farmers Insurance Agent since 1991. During that time he has won numerous awards; District Agent of the year for: 1995-1996-1998-2000-2001 and 2004. He had the Top Life Insurance Sales count in: 1995-1996-1997-1998-2000-2001 and 2005. He was also the Top Commercial Insurance Producer in: 1993-1995-1996-2000. His awards go on; he has won Excalibur, the Blue Vase, Presidents Circle, Life Masters and the Topper Club Award a number of times. In 2000, Michael was appointed one of the State of Tennessee’s “Model Agents”; and the State used his Agency Business template as a model for new agents.
