It was Sunday, the day after the fourth of July, when I received a message from a firefighter at 10:30 that Sunday morning. I returned the phone call only to find out that one of our insured families had a house fire after they had left for church. I got out to the house a little after 11 AM. We had an adjuster out there only a few hours later. I understand in a situation like this that we will never be able to replace your valuables, but we can be there for support you and help you get through a traumatic experience. We were able to give them some money that day to get them clothing, food and anything else they needed. We will always be here when you need us and this is a true testament of how we can "Get you back where you belong."
