Karmen has been with our agency since April, 2000. She is licensed in Property/Casualty, Life, Health and Commercial lines of business, and regularly attends continuing education classes to increase her expertise. She is also in charge of hiring, training and supervising other staff members, and oversees billing and underwriting issues. In 2005 she received the Farmers “Super Star” award for outstanding customer service. She is also a Notary Public, and will notarize your documents at no charge.

Elise has been working with us since April. When you call, chances are she is the one you will speak to. A new recruit in the insurance business, she keeps busy taking payments and monitoring billing, takes quotes and makes policy changes. Elise is excited to test for her insurance license; she is also taking courses toward her MBA at the University of Central Oklahoma.
Lauren, Office Assistant
Lauren has worked in our agency for three-and-a-half years, and is the behind-the-scenes diva of scanning, filing, mailing and faxing. It is fair to say that without Lauren managing our paperwork, we would never get anything else done! If you’ve ever gotten a request to sign a form, a marketing letter or a birthday card, it is thanks to Lauren. In her spare time, Lauren is a senior at the University of Central Oklahoma studying Education, and plans to be an elementary school teacher when she graduates.
