Mission Statement

I have been a Farmers Insurance Agent since 1990.  This is a second career for me and I own my business.  I came to America from England in 1985 by way of Indonesia, Singapore and Dubai.

I live close to downtown Houston and believe we live in a great city. I am a keen supporter of the arts and am active in the community in many ways. I love to cook and entertain friends and have spent many happy hours around a dining table.

My staff, who I introduce to you under the heading of “meet my staff,” are an integral part of my success and are employed directly by me. When I hire someone I recruit licensed, experienced and smart people who are vested in looking after you. Among us, we have over 80 years of experience in insurance. We pride ourselves on doing it right the first time and offering service that is truly superior.

When you buy insurance from me you become a part of one of the most successful agencies in the company. Farmers Insurance Group measures a successful agent in many ways, volume of sales is one, length that a client stays with an agent is another. We manage over 8800 policies in the agency making us one of the largest agencies nationally.

I have now been an agent long enough that I am insuring homes for my clients children …and that blows my mind! Where did the years go…. I look forward to knowing you and yours ..... Pippa
