Our district revolves around our vision and goals. These beliefs provide us with a unified, clear understanding of our purpose as Farmers agents in our district. I will work with you in goal setting and I will be your mentor in following our vision….

District 26 Vision: "increase average income per agent and become the market share leader in our chosen markets - King & Snohomish County." Currently, we are #2 by market share in Washington. In 2006, we were the Personal Lines (Auto, Home, Umbrellas) and Commercial District of the Year.

District 26 Mission Statement: “To help agents grow a business to the best of their ability and achieve their dreams of running a successful business”

My district’s purpose is to grow policies, premium, commissions and overall retention by attracting new, high-quality agents and developing experienced agency owners to more successfully run a professional Insurance & Financial Services agency in King & Snohomish County. I will continue to share proven ideas to implement in every agency level to grow their business.

We are a "Championship" district.  That is the highest production achievement a District can earn - top 3% of the entire company.  We have some great agents, the #1 Financial Solutions** Agency within the NW three state territory and also the #1 producing agent in our state (two years running).

We hire, train and equip our agents to run a successful business.  Our district prides itself on seeing the success of taking an individual and teaching them how to build a successful business. It's a mutual win-win relationship, with the ability to help clients protect and build their assets, while at the same time allowing the agent to provide financial security for his or her customers' families.
