The Victor Force 10 Charger is awarded once a year to the newcomer in each district that demonstrates the most sales and growth.
2003 Force 10 Top Financial Services Agent 2003 -
This award is given each year to the top agent in the district who performed the highest in sales of financial services.
2003 Silver Star -
This Silver Star award is given by the Farmers Corporation to new agents who sell a predetermined number of financial services products in a given period.
2003 Blue Vase -
Farmers awards the Blue Vase to newcomers across the country as they strive to meet there first big Life Insurance sales goal. This award often separates the dedicated from the hesitant.
2004 Force 10 Top Life Agent- 2004 -
Rhonda received this award for being the top life producer in her district in 2004.

Top Financial Services agent within her district in 2004.

Toppers is a coveted award given by the Farmers Corporation. It is based on sales and growth and is a challenge to reach. Rhonda has been honored with the Toppers award four times in her short six-year career.
