Shane joined the agency in 1995 working alongside his father & mother, Ralph & Neva. In February 1999, Shane’s father, Ralph, passed away unexpectedly, leaving the agency operations to Neva & Shane. Since that time, Shane has focused his energy on continuing the excellent customer service & attention to detail that the agency has been known for. When not working at the office, Shane can be found camping or hiking in some of the beautiful areas of Wisconsin.

In 1991, Neva & her late husband, Ralph, started this agency after operating a dairy farm in Monroe, WI for 25 years. Neva is still an integral part of the agency operations as well as the welcoming face that greets clients as they come into the office. She has enjoyed working with many of the same customers over the years & always looks forward to meeting new ones. Neva likes to travel, read & spend time with family & friends.

In May 2000, Mike moved his family back to Monroe, WI. Mike, who is a Certified Public Accountant, had been with a large, regional CPA firm in their Sheboygan office. Mike handles all of the accounting operations of the agency, streamlines our procedures and consults with Shane to find the best solutions for clients. Mike likes to relax by playing a good game of golf. He also enjoys coaching his son’s flag football or baseball teams.

Kate started her insurance career as an American Family Insurance customer service representative, working for them for eight years. Kate joined the agency in June 2008 & services our clients through new Auto & Home quotes, reviews of current policyholder accounts, billing questions & claims assistance. Prior to working for American Family, Kate worked with Alliant Energy as a stock transfer representative. Her hobbies include flower gardening, camping, antiquing, biking & watching movies.

Becky, who handles policy changes, billing & claim questions, came to our office in October 2007. Becky has a major in Spanish from the University of Oshkosh. Before joining the agency, Becky worked as a church secretary & was a buyer’s assistant at a bookstore. In her free time, Becky enjoys reading & cooking.
