"You might find it funny that my old agent called and was upset that I had not renewed my with him. After sending me a bill twice for $500 to renew my policy he wanted the same opportunity you had to review my policy and find me a better policy. I told him he should have reviewed my policy before sending me the bill and perhaps I wouldn't have considered switching. He repeated that he didn't know I was shopping around.
I do want to thank you for being such a pleasure to work with. I didn't think I was asking a lot to have an agent who actually cared about me and my business but I have learned that you go above and beyond what is required of you, and that's what makes you a great insurance agent!!! Thanks again,"
