Markets the agency and Farmers products to potential and existing customers. Must have Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses.

Calls customers to thank them for their business and handles customers' concerns. Also, calls customers regarding payment reminders.

Answers a majority of customer phone calls, prepares files for the agency producer, acts as a liaison between customers and the agency producer and the agent. Verifies policies are input and active.
