Customer Service Rep
Our agency is seeking to add a highly energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative to our team. This is full time for the right person. Bilingual candidates a plus. Ability to pass P/C license required.
This position is responsible for greeting and servicing all the needs of our clients.
Duties:
*Provides service to agency clients
*Cross-sells all agency products
*Assists in managing weekly marketing systems
*Maintains agency computer files and records
*Oversees and maintains client application and policy information
