I'm honored to be recognized for my agency's success, my work in NAIFA and my community volunteer efforts. However, success for me is much more than a plaque on the wall. It's the satisfaction of knowing that I've done the very best I can for my customer. It's knowing that I've made a difference for my fellow agents and consumers by supporting "healthy" insurance legislation. And it's knowing that I've given something back to the community that is my home, Northwest Arkansas.
