Agency Producer F/T or P/T
Agency producers work in Farmers agencies as field sales professionals. Agency producers are able to sell insurance and financial products much like an agent, but an agency producer does not have the responsibility of managing a business operation. Agency producers are compensated by the agent for whom they provide services. Bilingual producers may qualify for additional financial incentives. Agency Contact Representative
Schedules customer appointments regarding all lines of insurance and Farmers Friendly Reviews®. Everything revolves around scheduling appointments with prospects or existing clients. Appointments can be scheduled to take place in the client's home or in our office, and can be initial meetings or Farmers Friendly Reviews (FFR, Insurance Coverage Review). Appointments are made for an agent, a licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR), a licensed Agency Producer (AP), or all of them. Since the job will require scheduling for up to three individuals, effective scheduling skills are mandatory.
