About Me

University of Washington Seattle, Washington - BA in Kinesiology and Physical Education

I am fortunate to have attended the University of Washington in beautiful Seattle, Washington. I lived in Washington for five years, and spent four years studying physical education and kinesiology. I have always had an interest in the mind-body dichotomy. I enjoyed living in the evergreen state, but missed the palm trees and beaches of Southern California. There is no weather like ours here in California, which is important when you enjoy outdoor sports as much as I do.
